Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of cold and nasal blockage which seems to be due to left over upper respiratory tract infection leading to sinus infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper examination. You should take proper course of antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory medications. Zifi, maxtra, otogesic ear drops are very effective medications for treatment of your symptoms. Avoid intake of cold carbonated beverages and hot, spicy and sharp food. You should maintain oral hygiene. Do warm saline gargles.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
