Is It Safe To Give Them Calcaria Phos Tablets To A 6 Month Old?

Hi Doctor, my twin babies are 6 month old. Is it safe to give them Calcaria Phos tablets? Some of my friends recommended me these tablets and as per their opinion it is safe to give them 2 tablets twice daily. Also I want to know for how long I should give them these tablets?

Calcaria Phos tablets is a homeopathic medicine, which relieves the restlessness, peevish whining and irritability that accompany infant teething. Calcarea Phosphorica supports growth and healing processes of the bones and teeth. Widely used during teething in infants and difficulties associated during teething.
So for above reasons you may give it side effects are almost nil.
