Is It Possible To Have A Positive Ana Of 2560 And Not Have An Autoimmune Disease?
Hello, I am 37. I have a positive ana of 2560. All the other blood test are normal. I have some ketones, blood and mucus in urinanalysis. I just received my xrays back and I have mild sacroiliac joint degenerative change and some mild tissue swelling in bilateral wrists. What could this be? Also is it possible to have a positive ana of 2560 and not have an autoimmune disease?

This much high ana level is suggestive of autoimmune disease. its quite unlikely that you dont have autoimmune disease. More over you have some joint problems also which are suggestive of autoimmune disease. Investigate for that. Go for full ana profile.and take treatment accordingly
