Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum .
For any surgery, over the gastro intestinal surgeries, it is advisable to avoid the alcohol, may be a beer, for other systems like genito urinary etc you can have limited beer.
For a height of 5.5 your weight may be over weight, so plan to control, weight, by exercises, yoga, morning walk etc.
Avoid taking more of calories, fats, fries, ice cream etc.
Minimize the sleeping time. practice late to bed and early to rise. Avoid sleeping in the day time.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to build the blood.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
