Is It Normal To Have Sore Mouth While Recovering From Flu?

I have the flu, with all the symptoms, fever, chills, body aches, cough, stuffy nose, sinus pressure. The fever, chills and body aches are gone, the other symptoms still remain and now the inside of my mouth is sore. Is that normal? From coughing so much?

thanks for your query,
the features what you are giving looks like viral infection might be herpetic gingivostomatitis ( herpes virus infection), in this condition fever, bodyache will be followed by blisters and ulcers..no need to worry, just take symptomatic treatment means you can take analgesics (pain killers) and topical analgesics (pain killer ointment like anabel gel)...symptoms will reduce in 3-4days...
i hope my answer will help you...
