Suffering From Flu
I had a really bad flu about a yr ago had to go to doc to help get rid of it as it was at the end I coughed really hard my ears have been ringing / burning and now I have had two infections in my nose that went into my mouth I have sores in nose / burning my mouth and tongue tingling / burning have a smell in nose also what is going on with me is there something really wrong with me

You are suffering from upper respiratory tract infection.. Just take a weeks course of antibiotic and keep yourself well hydrated with good oral hygiene
