Is It Normal To Have Low Hemoglobin Count After Partial Hip Replacement And Steroid Therapy?

low heamoglobin count after partial hip replacement after trauma. my sister is under steroid treatment after having ITP where platelet count went very low 2 and half months back. now having frequent urination evry 1-2 hrs and 2 -3 times bowel movement daily

partial hip replacement may be the cause of low haemoglobin. but for frequent urination and on steroid for ITP you must consult physician for find out the cause of this and invetigation like kidney function,liver function and bone marrow test if required
