a pregnant women has more consumption of iron in her body so this haemoglobin level will be more reduced if u dont take regular iron containing diet as well as extra iron prescribed by your doctor . Try to increase it more with doctors advice so that you and your growing baby may remain healthy during pregnancy and after delivery.
