Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. Symptoms you describe show mild concussion. Probably neck stiffness and pain from whiplash. However I suggest you to consult your primary care Doctor and to discus possibility of plain radio-graphs of your cervical column to check for alignment and bone problems. Rest and NSAID drugs could help getting you better. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
