Hello,

Normally, the period will come four to six weeks after medical abortion. It may be delayed due to metal stress that produces hormonal imbalance. You should have to consult the gynecologist and need an ultrasound to confirm incomplete abortion. If pregnancy or incomplete abortion is rule out, you can use gynecologists prescribed norethisterone that induce withdrawal bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
