Hi,

I see you are worried about your pulse rate. let me assure you it's completely normal to have a heart rate of 123 with exertion or exercise. At rest and having no fever, heart rate up to 100 bpm is good. And during exercise heart rate can go up to 170 bpm. Obviously, a heart rate of 150bpm at rest is an alarming sign. You also have to check the rhythm of the heart. if it beats at regular intervals then it's completely normal. You should relax and no need to go to a physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
