Is It Normal To Get Broken Speaker Syndrome After Using Hearing Aids?
I was diagnosed with hearing deficiencies and was prescribed hearing aids for both ears. After a month of wearing them, I now have the "broken speaker syndrome" in both ears wearing and not wearing them. Is this normal for new wearers of hearing aids? I do not have the volume on either hearing aid at more than half volume.
It is due to some anomalies in your inner ear where the canal system involved in sound transmission is damaged. You can consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
