Leg cramps are due to deficiency of diffusible serum calcium. You take supplementary calcium tablets. You can take calcitriol sachets. Massaging of leg, application of local heat will be beneficial.
Heartburn or uterine distension causing pressure on the diaphragm may be the cause of pain in ribs. Sleep in semi-reclining position with high pillows. You can take antacid preparations like Digene tablets.
