Is It Normal To Bleed From Nose In Extreme Cold?
Yes I was out in very cold weather for about 2 hours last week and ever since then when I blow my nose there is some blood on the tissue, and the mucus gets very hard up there. Should I use Saline solution and if so how many times a day can I use it. My nose feels very dry inside.

Hi welcome to HCM, yes because of extreme dryness the blood vessels can burst leading to bleeding. Saline will cause further drying. Use vaseline gel or glycerine as a lubricant instead. It will help--regards
