Hi,

If you already had discharged, usually pap smear won't be performed. The discharge can be due to
1. Gonorrhea and chlamydia are two of the most common causes of Vaginal discharge, early diagnosis and start antibiotics will help you.
2. Urinary tract infections with increased frequency of urination, irritation during urination, lower abdominal pain - urine culture will help to diagnose.
3. Urethritis - damage to the urethra from intercourse or masturbation, irritation from a product, such as soap, deodorant, or detergent, adenovirus, genital injuries.
4. Candida infection can also cause watery discharge with itching. Smear from the discharge will help you diagnose and start early antifungal medication.
5. Trichomoniasis infection can cause vaginal discharge too can be diagnosed by swab or urine sample.

Doing an ultrasound abdomen and a urine culture sensitivity will help you find the cause of discharge and bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
