is it normal not to bleed the fast 3days after an abortion? the doctor told me that i may not bleed immediately that i may bleed after 3days. i just had very little bleeding immediately after the abortion and it stopped. today is the second day and nothing coming out i just have slow craps.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the bleeding might start within variable period of time within 6-24 hours.The bleeding continue upto 5-14 days.Ultrasound might be needed after 14 days to check for any incomplete abortion.Nothing to worry.
