Is It Normal For The Internal Anal Sphincter To Be Closed And External One To Be Relaxed ?
my internal anal sphincter is always closed, but the external one is relaxed is this normal? for example when im sitting or sleeping my external anal sphincter is not tightened? but i can tighten it at will. and the internal is always closed, i can never see inside.. is there something wrong?
