Is It Common To Have Shivering With Indigestion?
the other night i had indigestion after eating a spicy meal. when i went to bed, i had increased heart rate and uncontrollable shivering. I have had similar episodes a year ago when I had gastroenteritis. I also have a small hiatal hernia. is it common to have this shivering with an episode of indigestion?

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms could be due to hyperacidity and it may be more intense with the pre-exixting condition of hiatus hernia, the best remade at that time to have sip of water, sleep in slant position, Domperidone 20 mg st. followed by Tab Omeprazole 40 mg, to avoid this happening again try not to eat spicy food prior to bed hope this information helps.
