Is It An Emergency For Intermittent Angina As The Pain Spreads?

I m suffering intermittent angina. attacks are painfull spreading from mid chest to lest above nipple to underarm. Lasting 10 minutes to 40 minutes. Now taking Lipitor 40mg, aspirin and Champix to stop smoking and getting 30 minutes exercise each day. Age 64. Had a heart check 18 months ago and shown to be normal but they did not do an angina test. Body weight 193, height 5 10 . I m a snow birder in Florida due to return to UK on March 5th. Should I return sooner for medical care?

I suggest you to undergo stress test after resting EKG and Echocardiogram to know the intensity of the problem and also confirms whether your symptom is definitely angina.
