Is It Advisable To Use Progestogel During Pregnancy?

Hallo am 6 weeks pregnant and I have pain in both my breast, I went to the doctor and he told me that it's bcoz of pregnancy and he gave me a gel called progestogel and on the package insert it's not advaseble to use it plis help me I will be very thankful

Progestogel is often prescribed in certain conditions leading to painful breasts. It is contraindicated in pregnancy especially during the second and third trimesters but can be used during the first trimester if benefit outweighs the risk. In my opinion, I would suggest you use it only when the pain is unbearable but if you can support the pain, then there is no need to use it.
