Is It Advisable To Postpone The Period For 15-20 Days?

Hi Sir,

My marriage is on 26th Jan. Usually my periods fall due on 24-26th of evry month. I have PCOD. My doc has advised to take Meprate 10 to postpone the period. If i want to postpone it for 5-6 days, how long should I take the tablet? Is it advisable to postpone the period for 15-20 days?

Hi, thanks for using HCM.

Medications need to be taken 5 days prior to expected date of period and to be continued, usually periods start with in 2 days of stopping medication. medications for postpone period, better to take for a week not more than that.
