Is It Advisable To Induce Labour Pains After The Due Date?
Hi my due date was 20th of November and its passed still not getting labour pain and my weight is increasing day by day more over I have low stomach accoring to my doctor I had get lanour pain within this but there is no pain nothing at all what is your suggestion should I still wait
Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion if all the parameters like amniotic fluid, fetus and mother are fine one can wait upto 1 week past the due date. But meanwhile a eye should be kept on fetal movements. If still there are no pains and if there is a possibility for normal delivery then it can be induced. If the induction fails or normal delivery is difficult then surgery might be the option.
