I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options. You need to weigh the risks and benefits of surgery, considering your pregnancy status. I will suggest that if surgery is going to be under regional anaesthesia like Epidural one then it will be of help. If it can be deferred till you deliver it will be better, but you need to take call about it from spine surgeon.
