Is It A Matter Of Concern That The Fetus Head Is Floating At 39 Week Of Pregnancy?

hi doctor, this is my first pregnancy, finished 39 weeks today, due date is 3-june, but baby s head is still floating, gynec said everything is fine after internal exam yesterday, I regularly walk for 30-40 mins daily, why has baby s head not engaged yet?

It is very late to answer your query on 27jul.But non engagment of head is not uncommon even after 39 weeks of pregnancy.Do not stress your self as your doctor has also said that every thing is normal.Your doctor may wait for another week or two before taking any decision, if every thing is normal.
