Is It A Matter Of Concern If Growth Of The Baby Is 5 Days Lesser Than The Due Date?

i am 25 weeks pregnant...my ultrasound report says that the growth. of the baby is 5 days lesser than the due date..is it a cause for worry? also there are 8-10 pus cells found in the urine in the urine test.i was diagnosed with PCOD earlier but i concieved spontaneously without medication.so that makes me more apprehensive.i am 27 yrs old, 165 cm tall and weigh arnd 70 kg now

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Sometimes there can be a slight discrepancy in the age according to the ultrasound and the gestational age, and this should not really be a cause for concern at this point of time.

Please continue to monitor your child's age, and if required, your doctor may choose to initiate steroid shots some time during your third trimester if at all there is a growth retardation (IUGR).
