Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand from your query that you are concerned about your acne.
Isotane has
isotretinoin which is good for clearing acne but has to be strictly taken only under a dermatologist's advice and supervision. It could cause significant side effects which have to be monitored. It can also harm the fetus if one gets pregnant while you are on the medicine. Please do not take it on your own.
Azica is an antibiotic which also has to be prescribed by a dermatologist.
Wash your face with a pH balanced face wash, preferably a one containing 1-2%
salicylic acid. You may apply a gel containing
clindamycin 1% in the morning over pimples and
Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel at night over pimple prone areas.
Avoid creams on your face. Avoid oil on your scalp. Diet is important. Avoid milk and milk products like cheese, chocolates, sweets, sugary foods and drinks. Eat a lot of fruits rich in
vitamin A (anything with lot of color).
Hope this helps you.
Take care and good luck.
