Is Irregular Pain In The Ribs Caused By Gastritis?

hello sir my name is aman , i am from bhilai , chattisgarh. my age is 27. my height is 5.6 , my weight is 78. sir past last 2 days ,when i breath louldly , i get pain in my left upar corner near heart. in normal breath i dont feel pain. also pain is not continue. is this related with gasstic..... plz help me .

This sounds more like chest pain from chest wall: - muscle or rib pain, or from inflamed lining of your lung called pleura, less frequently from inflamed lining of the heart called pericardium. Pain is caused when tissues are moved by the movement of the lungs on inspiration = breathing in.
Gastric = stomach pain is not caused by deep breathing.
