My marriage is on 5 nov . This month my periods started on 11 oct. sometimes my periods start a week before. That's why I fear that it may start during my marriage. I have heard about regestrone 5 mg to delay periods. But I don't know how much dosage to take to avoid my periods till 10 nov.

You can take 5 mg regestrone twice a day from 3-4 days before expected period upto the time when you want to resume your period. You should get your period within 2 weeks of stopping the drug.
