my name is cindy and 26 yrs just went for an gynecological ultrasound scan and realized i have intramural fibroid measuring 10.5*9.5*7.9cm how dangerous is this. do i need asurgery to remove it as soon as possible? and could this be the reason for my heavy flow of blood during my periods?
