Welcome to Healthcare Magic

You could be having inflammation of most joints of your body according to your history. Does anyone in your family have arthritis. It would be best if you get routine blood test including Haemoglobin, blood cell count, urine routine tests as well. It could be a backbone problem which could be linked to many possibilities. Does the stiffness reduce on activity. Tell me all your health problems. Anyone has history of back pain in your family. Do you have constipation regularly. You need to avoid junk food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink enough water. Do brisk walk everyday for 40 minutes. Kindly consult Orthopaedician/Rheumatologist to properly examine you, get you tested and make the right diagnosis and treat you in time.
