General & Family Physician Dr. Jitender Chauhan's  Response
Hello, welcome to HCM. Honey does not have any significant role in premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation can be caused by temporary depression, stress over financial matters, unrealistic expectations about performance, a history of sexual repression, or an overall lack of confidence. Treatments are focused on gradually training and improving mental habituation to sex and physical development of stimulation control. You should reduce mental stress by practising yoga or exercising. You should learn to use stop and go technique. Visit a psychiatrist for further evaluation and treatment. Wish you good health.

Premature ejaculation is purely a psychological factor that primarily occurs from performance anxiety. stress, poor self confidence, urgency to complete the act, high frequency mastrubation all do contribte to the problem.
the most acknowledged treatment is psycho sex therapy involving the process of sensate focus, squeeze tecnique, trainig in off /on tecniques, non intrusive penetration etc can provide appropriate relief. if you are looking for remedies contact a clinical psychologist or a psycho sex therapist at the earliest

I don't think that's udeful .
Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause. With sexual experience and age, men often learn to delay orgasm. Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner, only in certain sexual situations, or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. Psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression can cause premature ejaculation. In some cases, premature ejaculation may be related to some the male reproductive system disease like epididymitis、orchitis、prostatitis
I suggest you to treat with tradition Chinese medicine -"Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill",It can cure the disease about 3 months .
