Is High Blood Pressure Related To The Vibrating Vision?

I am 29, female and I have high blood pressure. The last few days it has been around 155/105 with a migraine. I have also noticed that words and sometimes objects and people look like they are vibrating. Are these two problems related and if not what is wrong with my vision? Should I be concerned?

there is nothing like vibration vision. blood pressure should be treated and controlled. along with it migraine can be treated with migranil. It is ergot amine. can start with one tablet and increase up to 6tablet till symptoms are controlled.with this treatment all problems will be controlled.
