General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
After going through your history and blood reports, it appears that your son has been very anxious or stressed out, due to which he is having a high heart rate.
His lipid profile results are normal except for low HDL Cholesterol, which would increase by doing physical activities like exercise.
What he has been prescribed to take is right. In addition to it, he can include some relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation routinely.
Give him low salt diet and less oily foods.
Wish him good health.
