my baby is 4 months old and he got diarrhea 5days ago.and we took him to the hospital to have check up..and the result is none seen.the color of his poop is yellow 4days ago and now it change color into green is this normal??the doctor gave him these medicine named oral rehydration, erceflora,hidrasec

Green color may be imparted to the motion either due to infection or indigestion.
Infection is commonly due to rota virus and is self limited.
Continue what your doctor prescribed and he will be normal soon.
