Is Feeling Of Cold A Sign Of Heart Disease?

My husband is 68 years old and in general good health. Two years ago he was told he had cronic fatigue. He takes no medication for this. In the past year, he says he is cold. He never wore heavy clothes, he was always comfortable in the cool weather. Now, with the weather in the 70 s, he is wearing two layers of shirts and his hands are cool. I am concerned that there is a heart issue. Your thoughts???
