Is Everything Fine As Per My Reports At 37.4 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

Good afternoon Doctor, I am 37 weeks 4 days pregnant and during my last blood screen yesterday, I can notice an elevated ESR of 40, low platelet count 1.39 lacs/cumm, Lymphocytes is 15% and PT (prothrombin time) is 14.8. I have no history of gestational diabetes (Glucose tolerance is 96), TSH is 1.7 and blood prssure mostly constant at 110/70. Swelling or oedema is mostly minimum (though I gained a whooping 25 kgs). I am really concerned for the new reports. Is there something wrong? I had dengue during my 20th Week but regained back to 1.67 in 1 month. Thank you Best regards kmkl New Delhi , India

Yes, ur all reports are normal. In pregnancy itself, ESR do rise normally. slight swelling is also normal, swelling of feet generally disappear after taking rest. uR TSH, PT , PLATELETS all are normal. Definitelly u have gained more weight. But since u are neither diabetic, nor hypertensive, dont worry. Just wait for delivery, after which u can work upon weight reduction.
