Is Duromine Safe To Take Along With Luvox,folic Acid And Warfin?

ive just started taking duromine 40mg and I am also on luvox 100mg also folic acid 5mg as well as 4mg of warfin for clothing of the blood. I m about 100kg in weight and I really need to loose some. Is the duromine safe to take with all my other meds that I m on?

Duromine is known to increase the levels of warfarin, so there are chances that the INR will require more frequent monitoring and dose reduction.
I have gone through the literature, apart from the above interaction there are no other significant interactions seen
