The last 2 days my mouth has felt really dry. I looked in the mirror and the bottom of my tongue is now white! Earlier this morning I remembered using mouthwash for the first time in a while and it burned more than usual. Could it just be burned from the mouthwash? Or should I go see someone? I m 27, no known health conditions and no medications.
helloo...read thru ur query....i must say tthat since u have dry mouth the whitecolour can be thrush(candidiasis)..but nothing to worry in that...it can also be due to burn of mouthwash(always dilute mouthwash before using)...u can do tongue scraping after brushing apply nystatin gel on the area of white colour drink lots and lots of water..always keep ur mouth wet ..dry mouth can cause candidiasis...take multivitamin tablet(it wont cause harm)...do it for a week or more and still if it persists meet a dentist and get it treated based on the clinical condition..above all BE STRESSFREE AND TENSIONFREE..tensionfree mind heals everything..hope ur benefitted something from this reply...have a healthy day!!!
