Hello
Our body produces lot of waste every day in the blood and it is expelled by urination.
If your kidneys are not working, these waste products will accumulate in the body and will lead to death sooner or later.
Your grand mother has to undergo dialysis as without that she can't survive.
There is no other way to eliminate those waste products other than dialysis.
Thanks
