That means you are having some vaginal infection

1. in candidiasis thick, white, cottage cheese discharge is there.
2. in trichomoniasis copious, green, frothy discharge is there.
3. in Gonorrhoea creamy white or yellow, odourless discharge is there.
4. in chlamydia it is purulent and malodorous discharge.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum. Vaginal discharge is normal and varies during menstrual cycles. This may occur when you are ovulating/mid-cycle.Brown discharge after period is not always a cause of concern as late period can also lead to brown, dark red and/or dark brown discharge during and after period. Remnants of the older uterine tissues can lead to brown discharge, which we can also call as cleaning process of the uterus, by letting out the older tissues for newer ones. I would advise you to get this checked from a gynecologist to rule out any other condition. Also if you have pain, smelly discharge and itching you will require treatment right away. Take care
