Vaginal Infection Symptoms, Please Advise

I am suffering from vaginal fungal infection for about 2 months already. First, let me tell you my health history. I first had vaginal fungal infection when I was still 23 years old (and virgin at that time). The second time I had it was last 2008 and I was sexually active then. I was treated within the day. The doctor injected a cold gel in my vagina and he gave me a topical ointment to apply everytime I feel itchy. He told me that he has cured the inside and he had to gave me that ointment to cure the outside. After a few months, I experienced severe pain during my period to the point that I lost my cnsciousness because of the pain. I came back to the doctor and he had me examined through ultrasound and papsmear . He told me that my ovary is a bit backward (that s how I understood it), 30% of women have ovaries positioned like that and that majority of them experience cramps during menstruation. I was cleared in papsmear as well. I was given medication for pain. After 1 or 2 months (pls note that the time/month interval is as far as I can remember only and not so accurate), I noticed that my vaginal discharge was becoming more and more. On top of that, the smell became fishy. I was so irritated and embarrassed about it so I sought for advice. I came back to him and he did a swab. The exam showed that I was resistant to streptococcus and that s what causing the smell. He said there was no cure to that and all that I could do was to eat more yogurt, take the vitamins he gave. Although there are medicines out there, the smell would still come back. So since then, I suffered from BV (yeah, though the doc didnt tell me what s the term for it, I google it coz this is a serious matter to me). By Nov 2009, I sought an advice from another doctor. He gave me metronidazole (he had me take it every 6 hours). While under medication, though the fishy smell was gone, I was palpitating and my common sense told me that I am being overdosed. I stopped taking metronidazole. After 2 days, I had my period. After the period (5 days), I experienced severe vaginal itch and watery discharge. On the 5th day of the itch, the discharge became a thick white flour like, greenish and smelled like beer. I googled it again coz I was scared to see the discharge as that was my first time to see such thing coming out of me. I came back to the same doctor and told him what happened. He said it s because the good bacteria was killed by the antibiotic I took and it s called yeast infection. He gave me 2 capsules of fluconazole. The infection was gone after few days. After 4 months (April 2010), the fishy smell came back. I was so disappointed and I told myself to let it be.. On October 2010, I had sinusitis and sought medication from a General Physician. After that, I came back to him coz the pain during urination was distubing me (I was thinking it was UTI). I relayed to him all the details I said above. He checked my vagina and took some sample. He gave me a tablet to insert in my vagina (3 nights) and metronidazole. The smell was gone and the pain during urination. From July to October 2010, I had no sexual contact. After the medication, I had sex (it was last week of October, a Saturday). It was a bit painful and messed up because the condom got stuck inside me. I opted to see a doctor and had him took out the condom. Monday, I experienced itch which became severe on Friday. I went to see the GP again, and told him what happened. The GP was thinking I got the infection from my bf. He gave me the same tablet to insert in my vagina and unitrac (sporanox) to take orally. I became ok.. The next Saturday, I had sex again. And same thing, Monday the itch started and Friday became worse. I went to see the GP again and gave me the same medicines. I became ok and opted not to have sex. After a week, I can feel the itch again. So now, I decided to go back to my gynae (It was Dec 23, 2010). He gave me fluconazole to take that day and the next one was Sunday (Dec. 26). The itch and pain were gone but the heavy discharge was still there (though no smell). December 29, I started to feel the itch again and since it s holiday, all clinics are closed. I am having vaginal fungal infection and keeps on coming back. What is wrong with me? Please advise. Thank you.
