Is Cramping The Symptom Of Pregnancy Or Delayed Period?

Hi, i am curious about pregnancy. I am 1 day late on my period, and i am cramping but not as intense as any other month, i have cramps in between my side and actual stomach, and they feel like tight pulls, my stomach feels tight. i am peeing more often i dont know if its because of the water i am drinking or not, im sorry if this is unapropriate but every month at least a week before i start my stomach would cramp so bad that i would use the restroom, but this month is hard for me to use the restroom i could be sitting there for a while.. i get light headed not very often, and my stomach is always upset. i was just curious if i could be pregnant or if it sounds like a delayed period.

Hi,
Your symptoms are more in favor of pregnancy, but, I would ask you to go for a confirmation first before framing anything else. Please take a HPT 3-7 days after the missed period with a fresh early morning sample of urine. If you wish for an earlier and better confirmation, you can go for the assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres and if positive, get a trans-vaginal sonogram a week later to know the status of your pregnancy and see a specialist.
