Hello dear understand your concern Always use abortion pills for medical termination of intrauterine pregnancy up to 9 week of pregnancy under the guidance and supervision of gynecologist. Dosage should be modified in case of non bleeding or failure of abortion process. Bleeding (With blood clots and tissue) will start with in 1-2 hour after using pills and it is depends on nature of pregnancy and dose of pills. Thick brown- red clot discharge suggests abortion process is started.. white head rushy and clotting is not definitive sign of pregnancy. Pregnancy should be confirmed by Urine pregnancy kit 10 days after taking abortion pills. Post pill USG is mandatory to confirm pregnancy and also for incomplete abortion. So please consult the gynecologist for proper management.
