HI,
veldolizmab, a new armament in the treatment of Inflammatory bowel disease is showing promise in the clinical trials.
Most of the trails have shown moderate efficacy in crohns disease with reasonable safety margin. It has also been approved by FDA, hence can be tried in refractory cases, like you. It could be expensive, yet still is worth considering an option.
The responses to monoclonal antibodies are highly individualized and hence you should give an attempt and see the effect. If it works, it could help in weaning you out of steroids.
Hope i was of some help.
