Hi, Thanks for writing in. Augmentin is a very strong antibiotic and if you have taken it for 10 days and find no relief then please get urine culture and sensitivity test done. After getting results of urine culture please discuss with your gynecologist if you need any change in antibiotics and as to what are the medications to be taken during pregnancy. I agree that in the earlier urine culture, bacteria were sensitive to augmentin but you might have developed a mixed infection or infection with fungus which is causing the white discharge. Please drink lots of water and use washroom regularly. Maintain genital hygiene and wear cotton inner clothes to prevent sweat formation which will give rise to infection.
