Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This discharge is suggestive of faulty implantation or due to some problems in the growing fetus.
You need progesterone which is of Paramount importance in continuation of pregnancy.
It is routinely prescribed drug and is safe for both mother and baby.
So you should get an ultrasound to see for cardiac activity of baby and also for any collection of blood in uterine cavity.
Take care. In case you have other questions you can contact me directly on http://bit.ly/drmanishajain
