welcome to Health care magic.
1.You have not mentioned how many weeks pregnancy you have terminated.Do you have pain?? If yes.
2.An RPOC can not be ruled out. ( retained products of conception)
3.In this condition a ultrasound pelvis will help to find out exact condition of uterus and endometrium.
4.Suggest to see your doctor as soon as you can make out.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
