Is Biting And Pulling Sensation In Gums After Being Addicted To Betal Serious?

\ I am adict of Chaini khaini for the last 3-4 years. In early stage I enjoyed it very well but now I am feeling trouble with my gums where biting and pulling sensation occurs.now iam putting chaini under my lips then i a had pain on that region.But i cant stop it. Is there any serious symptoms ??

Yes, the symptoms that you have described can be serious. In my opinion, you should get your mouth checked by a doctor as it may be the initial stage of oral cancer, which is quite common in people who chew tobacco. If diagnosed early, it can be treated. The symptoms may also be due to submucosal fibrosis. You should also quit tobacco as soon as possible.
