Is Belching An Indicator Of Cancer?

I have an ovarian cyst 12 cm. I have a very proactive doctor and I am set with blood work and having a CT. I have a surgery date of Dec 22nd. Of course I am reading tons online and I am scared. Does belching mean you have cancer or do women who have benign ovarian cysts also have belching as a symptom. Online belching seems to be a key indicator of malignancy over benign.
