Is Azoospermia Curable?

Hi, 5months old couple, my husband having a problem of azoospermia. His medical history: Undescended testis operated at the age of 26yrs. Left testis is at the root of the scrotum, right testis is at the ingunial canal. Is it possible for him to produce a fertile sperm naturally to beacome a father?
His FSH-81.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the surgical history of undescended testes then chances of producing sperm depends upon the presence of cell that produces the sperm and for this better to get done the biopsy and semen analysis, some time sperm can be taken directly from the cell (Semnifirous tubules ) if ever presence there, for reproductive purpose, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
